ABOUT Studio B Grayslake

This new (2019) facility is a 2,700sf circus space developed to be the new, expanded home of Monkey Aerial Arts. Aside from the capacity as a circus school, it will host other types of fun, adventurous fitness and learning.

There are  three studio areas (aerial, dance and upstairs stretching/yoga), and a comfortable waiting area/viewing room to the main aerial studio. In addition, there is a party room, also, with a view of the main aerial studio.

What's going on in the space?

General information:

Prismatic Yoga

Hatha yoga

I discovered yoga and meditation in my early twenties. As a non-athlete it was a great way to connect to my body and mind. Breath work and movement has enhanced my life. I literally do it every day!
My yoga practice helps me manage my stress, anxiety/depression, and release body tension. It has been a supplement to my overall strength. As a Hairstylist of over 20 years and a small business owner of over a decade, it is a tool I use to stay focused, strong, present, flexible, connected and some what sane.

Registration & Information:

Mallakhamb, an ancient Indian sport that has re-emerged and gaining worldwide recognition, promotes health, mindfulness, and mental acuity, through whole body conditioning that employs every muscle in the human body in gravity-defying movements that develop speed, flexibility, and stamina.
